Code Specialists

The Town Codes are adopted to promote the public health, safety, comfort, and welfare of the town, to conserve and protect land and building values, and to preserve the aesthetic beauty of the community.

Enforcement Process

When a code violation is noted or a report of a code violation is made to Neighborhood Services 928-759-6010, the alleged violation is inspected within 3 days. Within 1 week, a postcard is sent to the recorded deeded owner requesting correction of the code violation(s) with 10 days to comply. If the violation is not corrected after the 1st notice, a 2nd letter is sent allowing 30 days to correct the code violation(s). If correction is not made, the property owner will be issued a citation summoning the owner to appear before an administrative hearing officer. Individuals refusing to comply with Town Code are subject to fines, liens and abatement. Any unpaid fines are sent to collections.

You may also report a concern or request through the OurPV mobile app or the OurPV desktop portal.
