The Development Services Department’s goal is to provide services to the community to assist with the planned, quality development of the Town of Prescott Valley in a courteous and efficient manner.

Economic Development
The Department of Economic Development for the Town of Prescott Valley focuses entirely on retail/commercial business attraction. The Economic Development Coordinator can assist with matters regarding site location, informational needs and market demand among other inquiries. Management Services annually compiles a development fees report as required by Arizona state law.

Legal
The Town Attorney and the Deputy Town Attorney represent the Town in civil lawsuits. The Town Prosecutor is responsible for prosecuting all misdemeanor criminal offenses and civil and criminal traffic offenses that occur within the Town of Prescott Valley.

Magistrate Court
Magistrate Court hears misdemeanor criminal conduct that occurs within the Prescott Valley town limits.

The mission of the Police Department is to protect life and property through innovative policing, community partnerships and professional law enforcement.

The responsibilities of the Public Works Department include protecting the physical and environmental health of the residents, maintaining existing town facilities, plus much more.
