Glassford Hill Bike Park would be just the second lift-served downhill mountain bike park in the US open to riders year-round next to Spider Mountain Bike Park in Texas. Glassford would be highly competitive in attracting international bike tourism in addition to serving the growing Arizona mountain bike community.

Spider Mountain Bike Park

  •     350 feet of vertical gravity-fueled fun
  •     Nine trails ranging from beginner to expert

Glassford Hill Bike Park

  • 1,000 feet of vertical drop for 3 times the gravity-fueled fun
  • Room for several beginner to expert trails

There are about 50 million mountain bikers in the US. The average rider is an affluent young professional with a median household income of $1 00k

Mountain bike tourists travel an average of 566 miles, stay at least two nights and spend an average of $382 per trip

Rural towns across the US are benefiting from bike tourism with millions spent on restaurants, hotels, and motels. Glassford Hill Bike Park would put Prescott Valley on the map for this growing sport.
