Public Art Display
The Prescott Valley Public Art Display is a rotating showcase of art by both professional and amateur local artists. This show is located on the first and second floor walls at the Prescott Valley Public Library, and it is free for the public to view during regular library hours. Fine Art Showcase: Autumn Harvest
Seeking submissions for painting, drawing, sculpture, mixed media, and digital art.
How to Apply
- Fill out the Art Display Program Application.
CLICK HERE to fill out the Public Art Display Application online form to apply for our current Public Art Display Program.
CLICK HERE to download your Art Display Application and Agreement to fill out and submit via email to artsandculture@prescottvalley-az.gov. Please include high quality images of the work you are submitting as attachments to the email. - Register for the Showcase on Rec1 (the PV Parks and Recreation POS). If this is your first time registering for a Prescott Valley Parks and Recreation Program, you will need to start an account. It is free and will give you access to our catalog.
Entry Fee: $15 for first submission, $5 for additional submissions. Artists may submit up to 3 pieces of art. (Applying and registering for a Public Art Display Program does not guarantee your entrance into the showcase. Entrance will be based on quality of work and thematic relevance.)
On display at the Prescott Valley Public Library September 29 - November 12
October is Arts & Humanities Month, and in honor of this nationally recognized initiative, the Town of Prescott Valley presents this year’s Fine Art Showcase: Autumn Harvest, on display at the Prescott Valley Public Library September 29, 2023- November 12, 2023.
Viewers will experience a variety of fine art in the forms of painting, drawing, sculpture, mixed media and digital art done with incredible imagery and inspiring skill by talented local artists. Viewers will feast on views of warm colors, bountiful imagery, and mellow moods in this curated showcase. Celebrate the Arts & Humanities in your community and visit the 2023 Fine Art Showcase: Autumn Harvest, available to view for free during normal library hours.
Teen Artist Showcase & Jr Artist Showcase
Artwork accepted year-round
Artists under 18 can participate in the Public Art Display too with the Teen Artist Showcase or the Jr Artist Showcase! Young Artists can drop off their artwork in the Teen or Children's Department at the Prescott Valley Public Library or email images of their artwork to Youngadult@prescottvalley-az.gov. The artwork can be for sale or just for show. If it is for sale, the young artists get 100% of their asking price. Once you submit your art and registration form, your art will go in to the next open Teen Artist Showcase or Jr Artist Showcase.
